Personal Training

Personal trainers assess their customers’ bodily strengths and weaknesses and create customized workout plans. They provide physical and mental guidance and monitor customers' progress on a regular basis. They also make sure that customers don’t get injured while training. Personal trainers can work with individuals or in small groups.

Our Fast Factory Sports Performance program is an entity of Driftless CrossFit that specializes in the development of local athletes. We strive to teach and educate athletes all ages and abilities on the importance of developing proper movement patterns, body mechanics, and training habits as they pertain to their individual physical development as athletes.

Our primary goal is to form a community of like-minded fitness enthusiasts from all fitness levels that work together at improving every single day and have fun doing it. We will accomplish this by utilizing CrossFit’s strength and conditioning methodologies along with other research based training principles which have helped people all over the world achieve their very best.

When you become a member at Driftless CrossFit, you get more than a gym membership. You join a community of like-minded individuals who strive to better themselves every day. You hire a staff of experienced coaches to help guide you, educate you, and push you. You receive access to a complete programming written in-house by our head coach that will help you reach any goal you may have.

Well, our Driftless CrossFit programs are designed with 3 things in mind. Results, Longevity, and Performance. Our programming and coaching provide you the most cutting edge training techniques that will help you feel better, look better, and perform better no matter what your fitness level is!

What's Different About Driftless?

Our coaches have vast amounts of experience, training, and education. 3 out of our 6 coaches hold either Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in the field of exercise science. 6 out of 6 coaches hold additional certifications in the field to provide their own unique twist on fitness and exercise. We use scientific, research based training principles and techniques in our programming to maximize the "return on investment".

Two of our coaches are Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialists through the National Strength & Conditioning Association (The gold standard in strength & conditioning coach certifications). We utilize specialized software to track your progress and prescribe to you the proper weights and intensities each day to optimize your daily training.

Our strategically designed programming is designed for YOU to improve all facets of fitness from day to day, week to week, month to month, and year to year. You will not just "get in a workout" from a "cookie-cutter one size fits all" program. We offer a variety of programs to fit your specific goals to cater to "general fitness", "performance" and "sports performance".

Are you a CrossFitter from out of town looking to join us for the WOD? Have you tried other CrossFit gyms in the area but have not found what you are looking for? Give us a try. Contact us to set up a drop-in!

Drop-in rates are $15/class/drop-in, or $30/class/drop-in + a Driftless CrossFit T-Shirt

What Is The Memorial Day Event?

Memorial Event

Join us at Driftless CrossFit this Memorial Day for a special event dedicated to honoring our veterans and supporting the La Crosse Area Veterans Mentorship program. We're hosting a day filled with fitness, camaraderie, and community spirit, all for a great cause. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or new to fitness, there's something for you to take part in during this amazing event.

Participants can choose between a 5k walk, run, or ruck. Seasoned athletes may choose to take on the iconic "Murph" workout, a challenging tribute to fallen Navy SEAL Lt. Michael Murphy. With options for all fitness levels, this event is a fantastic opportunity to push your limits, honor our heroes, and give back to our local community. All proceeds from the event will stay local, directly benefiting veterans in the La Crosse area as they reintegrate into civilian life.

Let's come together as a community to make a meaningful impact and show our support for those who have sacrificed so much for our freedom. Whether you're sweating it out during "Murph," pounding the pavement in the 5k, or cheering on your fellow athletes, friends, or family members, your participation helps make a difference in the lives of local veterans.
